The Nest

The home is stylishly furnished with eclectic furniture including comfortable chairs and sofa, a piano, board games and puzzles to add to the fun. HDTV with Amazon Fire + cable and free wifi are included. Washer/dryer, A/C wall units and ceiling fans upstairs and downstairs keep The Perch cool, with baseboard heating, if needed.

A dining table seats 6 comfortably indoors with stools for extra guests. The kitchen has all new appliances including dishwasher and is fully equipped with dishes and glassware, as well as pots and pans, Keurig coffee maker, tons of small appliances, dish towels and basic cleaning supplies. 

The full-length screened-in lower porch offers a small picnic table and day bed, for those lazy moments of relaxation and vacation, or a card game at night. Outside the porch, a wooden deck offers yet another seating and lounging option, with a gas grill ready for easy dinners under the stars. And the upper porch, adjoining the master bedroom, is ready for yoga at sunrise or snuggling to watch the moon at night!

The 3 bedrooms upstairs sleep six total, with an inflatable queen size mattress and day bed for additional guests. The Master offers a king size bed, antique furnishings and work desk with a beautiful view, two large closets and plenty of good reading lamps. The newly renovated full bath upstairs has shower and tub (downstairs offers a half bath.) The second bedroom has a full bed, spacious enough for two adults. The third bedroom offers two twin beds. All linens are new and freshly laundered: sheets and bath towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Our 20' pontoon boat, with beautiful bench seating for 14, is available for rental and in our boat slip - just waiting for a gorgeous sunset cruise through the Chain O'Lakes!
